Atomic bombs shockwaves and cylindrical birkeland sheets

Shockwaves are said to create the water vapour that forms the clouds and shapes associated with the Sarychev Peak and atomic explosions. You see the same idea in films of convential bombs explosing when viewed from above, the white circle spreading outwards. This only stays for a very short period.
In the above images if the white is caused by a shockwave then what sort of shockwave creates this shape in different circumstances? There may be a shockwave but are we looking at an effective cause? This looks more like a sheath and plasma is known to create double layer sheaths.
If the empty circle of cloud at the bottom of Sarychev Peak Volcano is due to a shockwave then how did this happen? A shockwave produces water vapour but the area is clear.
There is also a line of cloud on the shadow side of the Sarychev Peak plume that seems to feed into the clear circle or go towards the Volcano. Is this part of the power circuit? Is the reason that there is a clear cloud circle around the Volcano because the explosion and plume are discharging the electric energy, so there is no electrical discharge to create the clouds around it?
Effective cause. Although the shockwave idea can represent what you see it does not mean it is what has caused what you see. A shockwave is a plasma gas, excited gas so it could be viewed as an energy discharge. That is why you get the strange sheaths and layers around some atomic explosions. It is an electrical energy discharge.
One of the manta's of the Electric Universe Theory is that everything is scalable. A release of energy in one form should be seen in different variations.

the image above shows birkeland current sheets in an intense auroral funnel. they look similar to the strange "shockwave" seen around the funnel/plume of an atomic explosion. if everything is scalable is this the cause of the amazing images that we see with
supernova 1987a?
