silos or tanks or for energy (Dingli cliffs Malta)
dingli cliffs malta - cisterns, tanks, silos or energy storage/creation?
The silos/tanks/cisterns at Dingli Cliffs malta are a real puzzle due to their location. I met some people recently who suggested that the silos/tanks found all over malta were originally designed and built for energy purposes. Be it to store energy or create energy - perhaps some of them used as twin things like a battery (neg and pos) or like a variation of the baghdad battery.

malta silo/cistern/tank and a close by electrobleme? (EDM cratering?)
it would appear the the earth and our solar system was far more energetic many years ago. it would also seem that the ancient peoples had knowledge and the ability to use natural energy and power in way that we dont know about or dont use at the moment. if you combine these together could the puzzling silos/tanks of Malta be explained as orginally energy devices but then later adapted by the civilisations that followed?
taking it further if Everything Is Electric can the whole area around the dingli cliffs tanks be explained from my own personal view of Electric Universe geology?
the strange little depression shown above even appears to be part of a mini crater chain

another cistern/silo/tank with another "mini crater" (EDM pitting?)
As with most obvious things in an area it is the subtle things that are hard to notice at first. the maltese tanks/cisterns/silos are obvious but again with this example there is another depression very close by

Malta's mysterious cisterns/tanks and associated geology
Just above and to the side of the dingli cliff tanks there are some steps leading up to the top of the rock on the headland. near these is another sharply defined hollow that looks like a "mini crater" or Electro Discharge Machining (EDM) crater.

Dingli cliff tank - built by man or formed in an Electric Universe?
this amazing little fellow is easy to miss as its near some bushes and does not appear to be empty so you dont spot its black entrance. what is special about this tank/silo is that it is above the ground. the others are dug or formed in the ground but this shows the base of something above ground or that had a higher covering
it also has a very small "mini crater" on its side or is it an opening to put the cover on?
so does this show a proper tank above ground or a covering? is this the only 1 in the area or are there others? if its the only 1 then why?

cistern/tank - arabic/roman/phoenician or temple builders?
could it be explained in an Electric Universe or does it show evidence of gEUlogy and 1 of the catastrophes that struck the island of malta?
the rock is that special grey colour rock you find with the rock lines and other electroblemes on malta. could the mini crater here and the others in the area associated with the tanks be evidence of natural electrical discharges during a catastrophic event?
update 21/12/2010
At the Dingli cliff tanks (further south than the solar observatory hills complex) there is a cave dug into the rock on the top of the headland, very close to the tanks. This may be modern, it may be very old but the one thing that can not be denied is that the setting sun can be viewed from the window. it may be nothing, it may be everything.
