Different areas of quartz - how are only certain sections of this quartz and not areas beside it? How do you get different types of quartz crystals including massive quartz crystals near each other?

Where these quartz crystals at Malta's Buskett Gardens created in similar fashion to fulgurites? Is this not a stalagmite but a limestone fulgurite?

Or if it is a limestone stalagmite where the quartz crystals created by electromagnetic energy when the Islands of Malta and the Temple Builders were wiped out, along with many other ancient civilisations around the Med and Middle east at the same time?
