Velletta Grand Harbour, Malta

outline of malta islands and closeup of velletta grand harbour

Velletta Grand Harbour, Malta is a very puzzling and strange shaped natural harbour. Why and how can this shape that looks like a lightning discharge be created? If it is water erosion then why are there so many creeks to Velletta Grand Harbour, how has the middle part where Velletta is found still there and if it is water erosion how has Manoel Island remained?

gEUlogy would suggest that Velletta Grand Harbour was caused by an electric discharge and that is why it is the shape it is. as the earth has been shaped by gEUlogy there should be other examples or variations on the theme seen on our planet

on the west falkland islands there are these gEUlogy stunning harbours/inlets. erosion? how can erosion or folding or whatever geology will use to explain these create these shapes, that look similar to a plasma/electric discharge, similar to lightning or Lichtenberg discharges. How does geology explain the amazing similar mirror shapes to each side?

bay of harbours, Lafonia, falkland islands looks similar to Velletta Grand Harbour, Malta. the falkland islands have some of the most electric/lightning/plasma discharge gEUlogy that you will find

Manoel Island - tear shaped hill

Manoel Island - tear shaped hill

Manoel Island is a tear shaped hill in the middle of one side of Valletta harbour, where the ferry leaves from Sliema for Valletta.

Is Manoel Island the remains of what was there or is it the growth of a rolling hill top between other smaller rolling hill tops which are the points/creeks around it and of course Valletta itself?

Similar to other tear drop shaped hills (Gnejna Bay for example) and also those found on Mars?
