Reference papers and articles about the XEarth - the exchanging Earth in an Electric Universe Circuit

If it is an Electric Universe then there will be "exchanges" (paths/wires/circuits) between planets and their moons, between planets and the sun, between the Sun and the Electric Universe. No exchanges mean no Electric Universe Theory. If there are exchanges then is it an Electric Universe Fact?
